Whether you’re remodeling an existing home or starting from scratch, we can help. Keeping all the trades and logistical moving parts under one team means less back-and-forth and a more streamlined process from start to finish.
We’ll walk your jobsite together and talk through your goals for your finished home. Do you have kids or grandkids? Do you like to entertain? How will you use your space? This is where the overall plan starts to take shape.
Next, we’ll create design concepts, including 2D elevations, 3D renderings, and all materials and finishes. This phase culminates in our official proposal and detailed cost estimates.
We handle orders, track deliveries, and schedule installations. If something isn’t right, we take care of it.
We stay aligned with the trades, manage communication, and keep an eye on progress so you’re never stuck in the middle.
We’ll receive, inspect, and install all your new treasures. Any outstanding punchlist items will be wrapped up, and we’ll walk the final space with you. Cheers! Your home is now fully realized and ready to live in.

No surprises here. We’re upfront about timelines, costs, and the “why” behind all our project decisions.
Some people are dreamers, some are doers. We’re both. With expertise in design and construction, you get a streamlined process that eliminates contractor back-and-forth.
We respect our clients’ busy schedules. Expect timely communication and proactive troubleshooting.
We love powder baths to whole home remodels! We do not have a project minimum.
The hand offs between design and architecture or design and contractor are more efficient. Because our design team understands construction, the design details needed for a seamless build are ready before they’re needed.
Our construction team has been made aware of the design vision long before work starts. We are aligned from the outset which results in a more enjoyable experience for our clients.
We recommend that you reach out during the inspiration phase so all of the details can be captured and planned for instead of pushed in as an afterthought.
We listen hard, dream with you, and speak honestly. This is a hard working meeting and not a quick look and see.
It’s important for us to meet in person, so you have confidence and clarity that we’re the team for you. We’ll dig into your goals and timelines for fewer frustrations later.
A rough sketch is provided to work through early stages of the design direction. We wrap the meeting with a frank financial conversation, collect a retainer, and schedule next steps.
We create a design that reflects your wish list along with a mix of materials that reflect a wise investment perspective. Our clients make smart financial decisions in order to enjoy their homes while keeping value in mind.
A kitchen design and remodel project averages eight months from the Initial Consultation to Project Closing. For a full-home design and remodel project including furnishings, the average is approximately thirteen months from the Initial Consultation to Project Closing.
Absolutely not! Our Project Manager and Project Coordinator handle the logistics—from scheduling to billing—so you don’t have to.
We provide a rough sketch at the Initial Consultation and a fully developed design at the Proposal Meeting including renderings and elevations. Permit plans are created and submitted on your behalf in advance of Work Start.
Our Site Binder is kept on site for the team’s reference. It includes room by room breakdown illustrations of all installations. These illustrations are approved by you before work starts to keep construction moving smoothly and efficiently.
Absolutely! In fact, we prefer that approach because it ensures beautiful cohesiveness throughout your home.
For full-home remodels involving the kitchen and bathrooms, yes—we recommend planning for temporary lodging. This lets our team work efficiently and means you skip the dust, noise, and daily disruption of living in a job site. We’re happy to help you think through timing and logistics so the transition feels easy.
